Returning the Product

If you change your mind at any time after a purchase, items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt. 

Do note that only UNUSED and UNOPENED products and packages can be returned. As such, the item must remain in the same condition received, in its original packaging, and attached with the original proof of purchase receipt.

Getting Your Refund

Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, checks will be carried out and a status of your refund will be updated accordingly. If there are no issues, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g credit card) within a few days.

Shipping

Please note that you are to be responsible for the arrangement of the return and that the return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it is due to a defect in the product.
