Terms & Conditions [#OusonWithMerdeka Campaign]

  • The Contest begins on [15th July 2023] and ends on [16th September 2023] (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be submitted within the Entry Period to be eligible for consideration.

  • All entries must be original and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Entries must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

  • Participants are solely responsible for the content they submit and any consequences thereof.

  • By entering the Contest, participants grant Ouson Care a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute their submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Contest or Ouson Care products and services.

  • Seventeen (17) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on [19th September 2023] through Ouson Care's official social media channels.

  • The winner will receive [Prize Description]. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

  • The winner will be notified through a direct message on the social media platform they used for entry. If the winner does not respond within [14] days of the initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to grant Ouson Care the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.

  • Ouson Care reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the Contest.

  • Ouson Care is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or other issues that may affect participation in the Contest.

  • Ouson Care reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
